For Outlook 2007 for Windows users
- Download and run the following hotfix: http://live.smu.edu.sg/download/live@edu_hotfix.msi
- If you have configure the Exchange account previously, delete the settings and re-create the account as per normal.
- Note that you will have to login to the Exchange account every time you start the program up. This is because the server is not residing within SMU network domain.
